It's a journey going on dating apps. There's A LOT of bullshit. You should change your pics regularly and try to appeal to the type of girl you want on your profile (focus on one type, don't try to appeal to all women, it'll never work and you'll get matches you are not interested in or won't be happy to be with if at all). For me, after a year of filtering girls, chatting about nothing, being ghosted and having plans canceled (and finding some girl-friends that were cool for a while), I found a cute neet shut-in girl that is fun to be with and actually cares about me. It took a lot of emotional effort but is the solution if you don't have girls near you irl. Your expectations and standards are also a factor. I've had relative success with my looksmatchs, maybe +1 above me on the scale, and I don't care about body count (as long as they are loyal).
