Christianity did not stop them from starving native americans or feeding black babies to alligators. The vast majority of white people have never made an attempt throughout history to be a good person in any shape or form that makes them stand out.
They were not the first to end slavery and most of them did not have any interest in helping slaves incase you try to bring that up
