Uh, the same way any relationship works? Do you think if two older people get together they don't have jobs or something? Or if two younger people get together they don't have education systems to be in? It doesn't make sense.

That's not why I want to be with someone it's because I want to be with someone who's at the same life stage as I am. Personally virginity isn't a strict requirement but I couldn't date/marry a woman who's had a lot of experience because she's at a different stage in life from me. Most if not all women my age have been dating for years and we cannot relate to one another whereas late teens / early 20s women are far more likely to be at the same stage of life as me, in terms of relationship experience.
