You don't get to uni to get an average job, even if you come out of uni and find there's no openings besides opening jobs.

Then they usually ain't after degrees in that case. My job after graduating couldn't have been done with a week's training. Even now we basically sit them down in the oven for nearly 3 months before we let them loose on real shit.
Mostly because the kids coming out of uni are shit at the role but can pick it up quickly, huh funny that.
