Had a similar problem. While hitting my bong I would exhale out the window while my neighbors were on their balcony right next to me; they never complained (and they do come to me to complain when my AC is too loud at night) but it could be cause they are young and prolly smoke too. No one cares, anon. Rip your bong as much as you want.
