The drug scene here is thriving on telegram (it had huge media coverage when people started advertising weed on telegram, it was a whole political fiasco which led to telegrams popularity today as a viable drug market), mouth to ear connections and the nature rave scene. I once sew a darknet site (not a market, a site on its own) that claimed to be local, but looked too good to be true. In all honesty, if I go to a DNM, I'll probably ship international since the chance of finding domestic sellers on the darknet is very low as far as I can tell. Telegram is easier to use and dosn't require tech know-how, and people flock to that. I think domestic sellers will see starting a darknet opperation as daunting, and not worth the effort considering the limited clientele it will have compared to the more popular telegram or rave scenes. I live in a very small country, so the amount of costumers is very limited as it is; dealers fight over clients left and right (non violently) doing ad campaigns and sales to attract people which wouldn't be the case if there were enough consumers to go around. Also, if I'm ordering from the darknet I would want the top tier shit that comes staright from the lab, which you will only find internationally and not the kind of stuff you'll find locally; darknet or otherwise.
