They look fine but they feel alien and like I've done something really wrong to my body, body horror is the best approximation. I might be slightly schizophrenic so that could be it, but it's been fucking me up from the moment I looked down my body after surgery.
The scars are adding to the feeling too but they're from the breast lift rather than from the implant. Mine are healing well, at least.
My advice is don't do it, but if you really want to just save extra money to get them out if you hate them.
And to be honest, small boobs can be cute and elegant.
