By psychonautwiki, 180mg is a very large dose so I doubt people will dose that high in the first place. But I still hear about neurotoxicity, though it could be refering to over-heating induced brain damage.

It's a shame that is not more widely known (from harm reduction pamphlets I've read, they only mention dehydration, exhaustion and neurotoxicity and the hangover the day after). It will continue to be used as a party drug though, no matter what the harm-reduction data says, cause it's really fun for some people to roll at parties and over-stimulate on lights and music.
