I'll keep saying it OP. You can run in the woods and live off of berries and stuff, or you should double down and volunteer for an elite unit. Accept your fate and pour your heart into being a good killer. At this point you don't have much of a choice. Imagine you were lost on an island, you can cry and moan all you want about how unfair it is, how you will starve, and crawl into a ball. Or you can go out there and do everything you can to live. Either you can be bad at it and get upset every day, or you can git gud and do everything you can to survive. It's a mindset. Also a skill issue, and you can begin by reading about small unit tactics and learning the soldiering basics. Get ahead of the curve. If you knew you would get lost on an island you would buy a survival kit, read some books, and practice right?
