When you possess a quality you dont need to advertise it because its self evident. A strong man doesn't need to tell people he's strong they see his muscles or watch him lift something heavy and they know. A smart person doesn't need to tell people they are smart people see them solve a complex problem or have in depth knowledge about multiple topics and its self evident.
Its only people who lack some quality that they desire who are constantly talking themselves up and obsessing about it.
I'm not weak I just dont waste my time in the gym I have functional strength. I'm not stupid I just don't waste my time with books I have street smarts.
