yes, it is.

Sundays are weird though. had tracked24 parcels turn up in the evening, even after 6pm (Royal Mail says that's generally their latest time).
also had normal letters delivered with parcels on a Sunday, suppose they just did it while they were on.

so the usual 11-12:30 window is out the timeframe. could be waiting all day. i can live with that.
