i like that we're at the point where there are not just indie games with well-made pixel art (great stuff!) but people see reasonably polished 90s games as 'like' those - we've come full circle.
picrel is just some Mega Drive 32X game, looks like one. that Cybershell Let's Play fella from back in the day made a video about it, and quite a few younger commenters were going on how it resembles an indie game, since it has that 'style'.
had fun with that PS1-style delivery game someone was on about yesterday, but it's still strange to me when games have perfect physics. driving around a road, sure. the box tumbling down a hill and crashing into other boxes Half-Life 2 style, but with PS1 graphics? lol wut
