that was kinda it. He just kept going for a while with this self insulting rant, and afterwards i wanted to tell him that it's not true and that he is great, but he just asked me to leave him alone and go to sleep, so i left him, because if he doesn't want to talk anymore i won't force him, but it made me sad he sees himself like that. But well, i have to go to sleep, already am 30 minutes past the 8 hours of sleep i can get, so i will try to talk to him and make him feel better tomorrow if i can.
