when you're depressed you're restless yet have no energy, so you start to feel shame eventually because nothing gets done. it's a vicious cycle. it's hard to break out of that state, so don't beat yourself up over it too much. there's always your next school break, right?
what hobbies did you get into?

ive always been curious to play in a casino. they have them in my state but you have to be 21+ to play so i've yet to go. the closest i've gotten to it was playing on a video blackjack machine in a gas station a few years ago. you could only win store credit though and bet min $1 and max $5, so nothing crazy. i used to play there after school sometimes if my dad didn't show up on time to pick me up, it was before i learned to drive. fun times

yeah if you're scared of losing money i would say avoid it all together, it'll happen eventually. and never bet more than what you're willing to lose ofc. i like having the mind set of money bet is money already lost
other than poker i like blackjack, craps and dominoes. i've only played with friends and family. i hope it doesn't sound like im some kind of gambling addict haha, i don't play that often. i don't like gacha so can't say much about it. closest i could say i got to that is the ptcg, i would buy packs casually. pokenormies suddenly joining in-mass and scalpers drove me out of the hobby though

i try to. but sometimes i get lazy. i do make my bed every morning, it's a good habit to have
