you could take some key word e.g. 'struct' and throw in some obfuscated overhead wherein every time the compiler sees 'struct' it does something sinister. you've heard all this and you're a smart guy so you go 'oh, i know, i'll compile my OWN programs, after all, everyone can see the source code' but whose compiler do you trust, to compile those programs, lad? what if you're on some seventh-generation sinister-'struct'-cc?

but this is just a metaphor. although you can apply it to language. take a look at the terms 'self-pity' and 'queer'.
