No. Reactionary HOW? Marx described a form of socialism he called "conservative" or "reactionary" socialism, or a means by which the bourgeois reforms a capitalist society so that the pressures of capitalism are alleviated through social programs without overthrowing the system. In this case, almost all forces are reactionary, from progressives to liberals to most socialists. This is all fine and good, and very valid, but at this point almost all artists are definitionally rightist and reactionary.
