Drink Water.
Limit Soda to one small/average glass a day. No exceptions.
Limit candy/snacks to only 1-2 days a week. Not every day.
Eat better quality foods. A good start is protein like boiled eggs on toast, or scrambled or however you like.
Eating chicken with vegetables.
Greek Yogurt with berries mixed in. (normal flavored yogurts are bad avoid).
Find what foods you like that are normal foods. What do I mean by normal food? Stuff that is from an animal or from the ground. Not processed shit like mac n cheese, etc.
