Yeah, they should do better but hiveminds and social groups run into issues. Hiveminds are susceptible to total catastrophe in the event of infiltration, which is why I'm not too impressed by them.

Nope, no one tries to eat them either here. They do use them as bait in the South though, but I've never talked to anyone around here who did. They're rare in my area :(
