I have a very autistic niece who was allowed total access to youtube growing up
Naturally, the youtube algorithm has blessed her with absolute garbage brainrot videos
My brother isn't concerned with the content she engages with daily which is influencing her and making her even weirder
He just wants her to do what makes her happy, which ironically is terrible parenting
She'd throw fits if she had to eat anything besides plain bread and cheese. They cave to her whims EVERY. TIME. because it's easier for them, but they're really kneecapping any opportunity for her to at least pretend to be normal and mask.
She's never had to mask, because they've allowed her to be autism manifest
I really fear for her future at this point
