Trans is a RELIGION based around ego ("identity"), it promises lasting happiness if they do the surgeries and take the drugs, but the cold irony is once a trans man goes that far he realizes nothing has fundamentally changed about his mental/emotional condition, he is not happier and he knows he won't get happier and then ACKS out of despair.
