Forgot to say I almost constantly pissmaxx. I drink over 3l of water/day in summer and over 2l of water per day in winter. I don't know how so many people around me go over 3h without drinking any sort of liquid. I just get a dehydration headache after 4-5h of no drinking. Drinking alcohol has gotten me used to chugging water to avoid hangovers.
