i already told you anon i am white. i already told you at times i only had non-white friends. at one point my only friend was a muslim. his parents immigrated here but spent the majority of their lives in bangladesh. there was no hostile cultural clash, they were in fact very welcoming and kind to me. i've also had black, asian, and hispanic friends.

you talk about "white majority environments" and "black schools". when i was a kid we had a pen pal program with an inner city school. they were all black. they were all cool as fuck. if you really want to have an honest conversation in the way you framed it i think you would be dishonest to not include socioeconomic factors as well. "black schools" tend to be poor underfunded schools in poor neighborhoods. poor whites can be quite brutal as well when you don't mesh with their prevailing culture.
