I go through phases where i think caffeine is causing my anxiety so I cease it completely, then I realise I still feel as bad so I go back to having 2-3 cups of coffee and 4+ cups of tea a day, then I start to think its causing my anxiety and stop. Rinse and repeat every couple of months.
