i'll admit it's difficult to find someone who at the very least doesn't mind these standards all that much, so i wish you the best of luck with that
but i don't think it's based on porn, gender roles have been a thing since the dawn of humankind after all, they changed in recent years a fair bit but their roots run deep

still, i think someone's beauty doesn't depend all that much on their physical appearance, more so in their mindset
finding love is difficult for anyone really, one night stands are disgusting but a lot of people have tons of them, passion/infatuation also doesn't count because it's easy come, easy go
and crushing on anyone is easy enough, having those silly immature and destructive relationships is a bit more difficult (especially for us here) but eventually it cracks and breaks

tl;dr a lot of what can be interpreted as "love" is fragile and doesn't look much like it
finding love is hard for anyone, regardless of circumstances
try and get to know others i suppose, make friends first, even if you don't like it
the best chance one has of finding love is through those, i reckon
