It's not just the 2% tax. It's everything.
It's the fact that there is likely hundreds of new regulations being brought up to make running a business hell. The fact that there will be mentally ill druggies that can act with impunity. The fact that there will be an attack on schools to equalize outcomes by attacking gifted programs. The fact that he wants to tax white neighborhoods more. The fact that he will cultivate a culture that literally hates everything that despises you and blames you for all of societies problems despite paying by far the most in taxes.
Who knows which of these will break the camel's back but microeconomic decisions can literally be traced to some small business owner deciding "okay this sucks ass why am I paying so much money for this shit heap" and moving to Tennessee
