the weight is the exact same as a jack's because it's almost certainly made on the exact same production line with the exact same ingredients, they just stick a different label on for aldi. it's possible that they might use slightly cheaper ingredients, but even that is unlikely, because it would usually be more expensive to swap things out on the production line than to just keep it going with what they already use. most aldi products are like this...most generic products are like this in general really. they already have the production line running, so rather than leave it idle after they're done making enough for the "jack's" brand, they will also make generics on the same line, which they make less profit on per pizza or whatever the generic item is, but it's still more profitable than leaving the line idle.
