He suggested that baby monkeys, being not human but very close to humans, are stand-ins for what they want to do to real babies, and that they justify it because "it's just an animal". I believe it, and part of that is the things they say about the monkeys. The thing that stands out most in my memory (there's a KF thread on them with a ton of chat screenshots) is that they will attribute human motivations to the monkeys. "It's fake crying because it wants attention" "It's not really in pain, it's just being annoying". Many also have a weird fixation on the penises of baby male monkeys. (Unrelated but strange: a lot of them are either 30-somethings with young kids or 50+ years old)
