Yeah it can mess with your bladder/urinary tract but you have to be doing it like every day for that to happen.
Also like other drugs you snort, it can be corrosive on your septum. So if you are doing a lot it's a good idea to flush your nostrils out afterwards.
But when I said it poses almost no physical risk, I mean it's basically impossible to die, or have a seizure from an overdose (If you're snorting it - injecting is a different game).
The worst I had from an overdose was a panic attack and an hour of vomiting, and I'm pretty sure that's just because my mind rejected the k-hole and dumped a ton of adrenaline into my body.
