thing is there's clearly some recognisable pattern, you can put a term to it.
most of those lids in the Louis Theroux autism documentary, you CAN just see it. but the 'milder' cases? they can mask and basically LARP as non-autistics, so how are you meant to catch it by the time they're fully-grown adults?
