Fine, a lot of offices aren't even business casual. So yours is. Common non-dress male fashion now is something like a nice tshirt and blazer. That's very hard to pull off because the selection is so dismal and so much stuff is so poorly made.
I also think polos are not usually a good look. Full button down is a lot better.
