I've honestly come to somewhat realize only very recently that "it's to late" is fundamentally anti free will. You can just do things but you ultimately are only allowed so many chances because of previous choices and your allotted time. It could be a cope and none of this matters either who knows I sure as hell don't but it's a decent cope.
