Its not even women problem, as they ca be forced into marriage and stuff. Its other men who also want to fuck and have the means for it. Men who can fuck around have some form of power (physical, financial, charisma, official possition etc or combination) while most sexless men dont. That also prevents any kind of incel uprising, as if they had means for it they wouldnt be incels in first place. Even in middle ages there were whores, cucumbines/mistresses with bastards or cheating (even stuff like first night rule or some servant marrying some girl lord knocked up).
