I feel bad for spackers who can't get jobs, but at some point you have to have the common sense of "look... you can't actually do this job".
At my place we had some guy working who literally got nothing done. Something that would take a regular guy 1 day would take him 1 week, and it would be done shit. He eventually pulled out the fact he apparently had really bad anxiety etc.
It's sympathetic to an extent, but if you literally cannot do the job, why should people keep you on?
