OK, provided that we don't touch the middle class and don't waste the money as is the case today.
The rich should feel that their money is still theirs after paying tax. An absurd concept nowadays, but not necessarily in the past.

Unions made sense in based industries such as factories, steel mills, power plants, or mines.
Not in burger-flipper jobs like Uber-Eats or McDonald's, that would be downright pathetic, something like starting a union for shoeshine boys in the old days
By the way, it would be useful to bring the industry back to the US or trusted countries.
