Been having a right good old time watching this person called Zoe bread annoy the absolute living fuck out of various city councils. She's managed to get hundreds of parking fines refunded because of dodgy signage, and has recently gone after Liverpool city council and uncovered a proper dodgy situ about these parking cunts not having planning permissions and getting back handers off council cunts for it.
