how do i get my ex back?
she blocked me on all accs but keeps unblocking and stalking me on one then reblocking (her pfp on ig keeps reappering and dissapearing in my chats list only on that account)
i miss her dearly and she left me because of her cptsd and i didnt know what to do back then, but ive been educating myself on it, on how to be supportive, she only opened up the day she ended it after a year (non communicative bc of her condition i guess?)

what can i do, my emotions have settled already (it was several months ago) so im not feeling crazy. i felt something for her i have never felt before, and i need one more go. and i am at a loss!
