you havent? thought schnitzel was like, super common, tho that might be the german influence on my country. you should try it, its really nice (and easy to make yourself). and definitely try parmigiana if you like pizza, its basically a big schnitzel cheese pizza.
crocodile meat is quite tough too, tho technically not a fish. crocodile probably tastes the same as gator, and it does taste a bit like chicken, if it was submerged in water lmao. ive tried crab and didnt like it, related but i also tried eel recently and that was awful. it doesnt taste like anything ive tried so i cant even compare to anything, its like vaguely fish

freshwaters the one ive had no success in... maybe i gotta try at night when i eventually do it again, and ill try both freshwater and saltwater to see if i have any success. didnt know there was fish that could spit out hooks, how do they manage to do that? they look so cool, they have such long faces lmao.
