Nta but I would think the result depends on how lulas government handles this, given the condemnation if they show anything further that could be seen as support to the cartel I would assume nothing changes as the cartel resumes their activities reassured of their security going forward. If lulas government does not step in beyond words they likely won't feel secure enough to continue in the same area for a time, could be temporary relief to criminal activity in the region, could be long term given the number of bodies.
