But I live in a red state, so I would like all gibs to be cut off here first. We can do a phase out thing. Overnight stop all welfare in red states, welfare recipients and criminals are aggressively pursued whether they only rapists, murderers, thieves, or illegal immigrants. Treat them all equally in the eyes of the law. They can choose between being permanently banned from ever receiving benefits again and any children they have or spouses(only if non-offending), a summary execution, or being sent to a blue state on a first class flight and continue getting all the gibs they are used to.
