im a neet on disability diagnosed with agoraphobia that i've been working towards recovering from for several years. i can now go out on the patio almost every day, out to the car on a maybe on a weekly basis, and into other buildings once a month. huge improvements from being a complete shut in that couldn't even open the door several years ago. im hoping to get back to relative normalcy in the next couple of years
