You don't "fix" gender relations
Today's world:
Women have freedom. They find most men repulsive and therefore do no associate with them (other than for betabux arrangements). This leads most men to be resentful.
In the past:
Women had less freedom. They were still Chadsexual but were forced to marry guys they weren't attracted to, making them miserable.
The fundamental issue is biological imbalance in attraction. Most males find most fertile females attractive, most fertile females find most males their age unattractive. You can't fix that with meme kumbaya policies. You either favor one side or the other.
