That doesn't check out for synthetic Cathinones (Bath-Salts, q2-4 hours) but does for Meth (8-12 and up to 24 hours depending on tolerance). For reference, MDMA lasts for 4-6 hours.

If it's pressed pills than there's no messuring your dose properly, it's all-or-nothing.
I say, she survived the high, why shouldn't you? That said, you can never know what's in those pills. I'd even wager a guess and say the pill contains around 50-100mg of Meth on the lower side of things with the avarage size of the pills these days, but it's only a guess. Knowing how strong she said it was would narrow it down by a lot.
If you decide to do it, make sure you have the proper time to experience it fully without distractions and have some benzos on hand if things get a little too hectic or there's noticeable cardiac stress.

Idk how many times I had to say this, but it's safer as you know it's not cut with anything and can be messured on a scale for accurate dosing.
