I don't get this argument. Someone who doesn't have the willpower to better themselves likely also doesn't have the willpower to go against their self-preservation instinct to kill themselves so...
I guess there's a class of people that's just there for others to look at and go "I'm so glad I'm not those losers" and we can't put any systems in place to let them cull themselves easier because then you wouldn't have anyone to look down on.
