This all falls apart when examined using more than two brain cells. If society is about bettering the lives of everyone then where is my government assigned wife? At the very least I should be given a government document or card to display to a desired woman and she is obligated to have sex with me or face criminal penalties. Sexual welfare is critical to a healthy nation. I don't think it's that crazy to tax sex if they already tax money.
