To me, this comes across entirely as empty excuses to try and justify your perceived loneliness.
This is most likely down to knowing deep down you have not given an earnest attempt to actually socialize in which you probably subconsciously feel guilty about.
Its okay if this is the case. Acknowledging so is the first step to recovery.
I am assuming that you will reply with more cope and excuses, so I just want you to linger on this post for a bit and really consider your life and how its gone.
Write down some things you are happy with in your life, and what things you could quite easily change to improve your life.
