top ones are really easy as the upper jaw is more ''porous'' and it literally took less than 2 minutes, they inject you into the jaw then into the upper pallet which is kinda grim to think about but the needle is so sharp you cant even feel it then youre mouth goes numb, they take one tool and sort of push it loose then you bite on some gauze for a few mins then away you go, at home bite on some more for about 45 mins until the clot forms then thats it. Felt 0 pain so far, although if yours are all sideways it might be different. Getting the invis on the 12th which is gonna be a pain in the arse but in a year I'll have nice teeth. If you knock the clot loose though you can get dry socket which is apparently incredibly painful but I think ive avoided that.
