Accurately determining the positions of exoplanet moons is not possible. It could be relatively common that moons eclipse the sun fully sometimes - we don't know. It's touted as an anthromorphic bias thing but we have no way of testing that since we cannot determine the apparent size of moons from the surface of an exoplanet.
