1. The manufacturers of acetomeniphen may not recommended it for pregnant women because they didn't test it enough for that demographic (trials are expensive) and they don't want legal problems
2. the question isn't if "X causes B" (or in better words if it increases incidence by a certain %), but the fact some people in the gov is creating a narrative that implies an autism epidemic (ignoring if the prevalence is higher or the reported cases using the same criteria) and that IT IS caused by vaccines and paracetamol (very autism speaks explaining autism spectrum as a disease induced by external factors).
