Most of the jobs black people are given are created specifically for them to be propped up there as lawn ornaments.
You don't see a bunch black people is VP of Sales roles or as head of engineering or other departments that actually matter. You see them in marketing, HR, compliance, and other bullshit non-mission-critical throw away roles that can be done by anyone and have zero impact on the bottom line.
