Why is the property market so shit? Went to an inspection at Burwood Vic today, and it was chockers full of chinese and indians. Agent enforced a shoes off rule, but all the indians seemed to think that means socks off too, so they were all walking around barefoot with their disgusting long toenails and everything. The place wasn't even that good for the price but 4 bedrooms means there will always be foreigners swarming for it; 5 family members for each bedroom.

Is renting just the way to go now?
